The surprise annual inspection invoice is a thing of the past. The inspection is quoted at a given price depending on aircraft model. While doing the inspection, we record every discrepancy we find, airworthy or not, for your own information. Then we discuss our findings and you decide what you would like repaired. Using our experience and maintenance history, we can offer you a written estimate to complete the job. The estimate is revised to show the repairs, and once agreed upon, work can begin. No surprises!
The price of an inspection includes:
Oil change, if necessary Cutting open the oil pressure filter and examining for contaminants. Inspecting the oil sump suction screen Cleaning and gapping of the spark plugs Compression check Cleaning of the fuel injector nozzles Examining or replacing airframe filters as required Lubing the airframe flight controls and landing gear Performing landing gear operational checks Log book review and AD search Aircraft inspection in accordance with the applicable model inspection checklist
